Frank Hilbich Architect Inc

Having just completed our 12th year of active practice, our firm has grown in breadth and depth, with a proven track record of successful projects and satisfied clients ranging from private, public, and non-profit sectors. We are pleased to provide dedicated personalized architectural and prime consulting services for both new projects as well as on smaller assignments such as renovations and interior alterations.

At the core of our approach, is the belief that every client has their own unique corporate “personality”, and every project its own unique site and contextual constraints and opportunities; our first task is to listen and seek to understand before applying solutions. We delight in being an integral part of how projects unfold within (and because of) the relationships we establish.

As the senior principal and managing director of the firm, Frank brings a proven track record of bridging design, management and technical issues to create integrated “team” solutions. His 30 years of experience span a wide range of project types, sizes, and methodologies, but each new project is approached with fresh eyes and open ears.

Rui brings 20 years of fruitful experience in the design of a variety of project types and scales including a focus on multi-residential buildings, mixed use developments, worship spaces, and urban design. The notion of community is at the centre of his craft as an architect, and he always seeks to bring an aspect of this focus into all projects to imbue greater value for all stakeholders and eventual occupants.

With over 35 years' experience in the industry, Kevin has cemented his reputation for thorough attention to detail in both technical design and specifications, as well as in methodical project management and team communication. Kevin has developed proficient skills with industry CAD software and Office productivity suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Keith McIntyre

As the design associate in the firm, Keith works with Frank to develop and refine the architectural expression of our projects. Proficient in the use of computer modeling, rendering and animation software, Keith allows our Clients to visualize a completed project from concept stage thru to final design. Although his talents are in design, he is also experienced in dealing with regulatory authorities.

Senior Architectural Technologist, C.E.T.

Simon applies technical and organizational skills to each project with thoroughness and precision, from design through to construction completion, honed over the past 18 years working with architectural firms since graduating from NAIT. With a prior construction background as well, Simon understands the importance of maintaining strong working relationships throughout the subsequent stages of a project.
